About us.
Titan Physiotherapy was formed out of our passion for rehabilitation and performance redevelopment after injury.
We want to offer high level physiotherapy to everyone. We work with athletes, grassroots performers and general public recovering from a range of injuries.
We pride ourselves on excellent clinical skills, Rapport, a desire to continue learning, access to the best facilities. Linking up with the Athlete Project and Ellesmere College enables us access to high quality equipment and facilities.
Our roots are in sports injury management, specifically adolescent and post operative. We want to share our knowledge and give people the best change to get back to their best.
Meet the team.
Sam Bunce
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC
Sam graduated from Keele University in 2019 with a BSc (1st class Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. He worked in Stoke on Trent as a junior Physiotherapist, and also worked for the football academy at Port Vale, helping run injury clinics, pre-season testing and supporting players with return to play from injury.
In 2021, Sam made the move to Shrewsbury as a senior Physiotherapist specialising in MSK outpatients working at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Here, his role involves all forms of rehab, from acute injury management in a consultant-led fracture clinic, to long term high-level postoperative sports rehabilitation, and patients with chronic pain to name a few. He has undertaken additional training in strength and conditioning, lower limb injury and management and acupuncture.
Sam still works part time in the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS trust, now as a highly specialist physiotherapist. He has good links with NHS and private consultants.
Personally, Sam enjoys all things active; Mountain walking, water sports, rugby. Sam plays for the local Shrewsbury Rugby club and has a good network of contacts in other local sports teams.
